Refund & Exchange Policy

At Amra scarves, we check every hijab carefully before it is packaged to ensure you receive the highest quality hijabs. Please read our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.

1. No Refunds

We operate on an exchange only basis. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item (e.g., tears, holes, major snags) or the incorrect item was shipped to you, we are happy to offer an exchange for the correct item.

If the exact item is out of stock, we will provide you with a store credit of equal value to use on a future purchase.

3. Procedure: Inquiry Before Return

Do not ship your items back without contacting us first. Items received without prior approval via email will not be processed.

To initiate an exchange:

Email us at amrascarves.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your Order Number in the subject line.

Attach clear photos showing the fault or the incorrect item received.

Wait for us to review your claim and reply with approval and a return address.

4. Condition of Items

Due to hygiene regulations, hijabs must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange.

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Items that have makeup stains, perfume scents, pinholes, or signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

We do not exchange sale items.

5. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item to us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages during the return process.
