Refund & Exchange Policy

At Amra Scarves, we carefully check every hijab before it is packaged to ensure you receive the highest quality product. Please read our policy below regarding refunds, returns and exchanges.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item (e.g. tears, holes or major snags) or the incorrect item was shipped to you, please contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

For incorrect items, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item where available.

If the exact item is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit of equal value to use towards a future purchase.

3. Procedure: Enquiry Before Return

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.

To initiate a claim:

  • Email us at amrascarves.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your Order Number in the subject line.
  • Attach clear photos showing the fault or incorrect item received.
  • Wait for us to review your claim and provide further instructions, including the return address if a return is required.

4. Condition of Items

For approved exchanges, items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging should be intact, where applicable.
  • Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, pinholes or signs of wear will not be accepted for an exchange where the issue is unrelated to a product fault.
  • Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

5. Shipping Costs

For approved returns of faulty or incorrect items, Amra Scarves will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

We will provide instructions on how to return the item once your claim has been approved.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.
